These are the most frequently asked questions that customers have on their minds.
Q: Can I purchase just one of something?
A: Yes you can. Many of our customers only want to purchase one item as a gift for someone. There are no minimums on most products we sell. We welcome all orders and will not turn you away if you only want to purchase one thing. Also, there is NO additional charge for ordering only one item. The only drawback is the cost of shipping. We will always use the least expensive method to ship, but most shipping companies have a minimum charge.
A: Sort of. You can send us an email with the item number and quantity you want. You can pay with a check. You can also mail us your order. This website only accepts payments made with PayPal.
A: At this point in time there isn't one. You will have to email us or mail us telling us what you want printed on your items and include any pictures and artwork with your email or letter.
A: Yes, you can. Just mail us the photograph and we can scan it for you. If you want someone or something separated from the photograph, let us know and we can pull them out of the picture and just use that part. For an example of this, check out the picture of the crystal imprint with the two cats. The cats were actually in two different photographs so they were separated from the pictures and put together in the image. No the process does not damage your photograph, it is done with the electronic copy of your photograph.
Q: My school or organization would like to do a fund raiser with your products. How do we go about doing this? A: Once you decide what you want to sell and what you want to put on the items, call us and we'll work out the details with you. We offer special pricing for fund raising.
A: If you are interested in selling our products you can create your own design and we will print them for you. We will offer you below retail pricing. Call us for more details.
Q: How soon can I expect my order?
A: We don't keep an inventory here because we print on so many different products it would be nearly impossible to keep a ready stock of each item. All products are ordered from our vendors individually and it takes at least one week for the shipments to arrive at our facility. Please expect about 3 to 4 weeks for your order to arrive. We will begin working on it right away and will ship it out as soon as we can.
Q: Do you ever do rush orders?
A: Not normally. We can only do a rush order if we have extras of the product you ordered, but most of the time we don't have extras.
